Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. How long we keep personal data

Optimal Cycling and Fysio does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
— Google Analytics (website optimization) > as long as Optimal Cycling and Fysio exist
— Brevo (email marketing and form submissions) > until a person unsubscribes

This does not include personal data that we have to keep longer because we are required to do so by law, such as data for the tax authorities or personal data that we can keep for a shorter period of time if we no longer need the personal data.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Optimal Cycling does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
